I think that "Smiles to go" overall, was a good book. I liked "Smiles to go" because the story was deep and made you think about what was most important in life. I was a little confused at Will because all of his friends described him as a very nice kid yet, he kept saying mean things to his little sister Tabby. I also liked the book because Will changed a lot during the course of the story. He started out as a well liked kid, became confused during the middle because of Mi-Su and BT, and at the end, realized his mistakes.
Will the main character started of 5 years old in the book He liked scientific things like protons and Adams. he had two really good friends, BT and Mi-Su. they started off really good friends. but then Mi-Su and BT kissed at the star party. I got confused why that happend because, i thought they were just friends.Mi-Su said that to at the party. She said it was so beautiful. after Will told the book that he like her. And he tried to set up a valentine date. after i read the whole book, i understood it all. It was more helpful to understand it when i didn't read it all. I read it and now, this book is my 2nd favorite book.
